People are my passion. I love connecting with people from all walks of life and levels of industry; from the factory floor to Senior Executives, and everything in between. I have seen firsthand the benefit to company culture and the bottom line when employees have a positive work experience. When things go wrong the impact on not just individuals, but the team and business as a whole, can be profoundly detrimental. 

I am a huge believer in the power of effective communication and a stickler for best practice and good process. Although this is key to building a strong foundation for the employee experience, when your people feel genuinely valued you really start to see the difference.

With a background in Criminology, business analysis and human resources, I am well equipped to investigate serious and complex workplace issues. By nature I am curious, analytical and extremely thorough.

After years studying, living and working away, I am fortunate to be raising my family back in Hawke's Bay where I was born. I am, however, able to travel and take on cases throughout New Zealand.
